Terms of service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the SZN Ticket websites, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by SZN Ticket. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

SZN Ticket provides software for schools to sell tickets and passes, accept payments, scan entry, transfer tickets, and report on event activity. Features may vary by school configuration and agreement.

We may improve or change the Service over time, provided changes do not materially reduce core ticketing functions you are actively using.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to create a fan account. By creating an account or continuing through a signup flow, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at hello@sznticket.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

Guest checkout may be available for some purchases without creating an account. Guest purchases are subject to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

3. School agreements

Authorized school administrators act on behalf of their organization. Schools are responsible for accurate event information, pricing, staff assignments, and compliance with applicable laws and district policies.

4. Fan purchases

When you buy tickets through a school on SZN Ticket, you are transacting with that school. The school sets event dates, venue policies, and conduct rules unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Refunds are governed by the SZN Refund Policy, presented at checkout; schools may authorize additional refunds at their discretion. SZN Ticket processes payments and refunds under that policy and these Terms.

Displayed checkout totals include applicable fees before you pay. All-in pricing shown on browse surfaces reflects the price a buyer pays when fees are passed to the buyer.

5. Fees

Software licensing and online ticketing fees are described on our pricing materials and in school agreements. Schools may choose fee structures permitted by the platform.

6. Tickets, passes, and transfers

Digital tickets and passes are delivered through your account, email, or mobile wallet as configured by the school. Entry credentials may not be duplicated or shared in ways that violate school policy or applicable law.

Ticket transfer features, when enabled, must be used in accordance with school rules and any transfer limits shown at checkout.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
Attempt to bypass access controls, scrape data at scale, or disrupt gate operations
Resell or transfer tickets in violation of school policy or applicable law
Reverse engineer the Service except where prohibited by law
Interfere with the security or integrity of the Service

8. Intellectual property

SZN Ticket retains ownership of the Service, including software, branding, and documentation. Schools retain ownership of their marks and content they upload. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service as intended.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SZN TICKET DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION AT VENUES WITH LIMITED CONNECTIVITY.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SZN TICKET WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR DATA. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID TO SZN TICKET FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS IF NO SUCH PAYMENTS APPLY.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, security risks, or nonpayment under a school agreement. Schools may discontinue use in accordance with their contract. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will survive.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, excluding its conflict-of-law rules, except where federal law applies. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

13. Changes

We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version on sznticket.com. When we publish a new version, we update the version number and effective date shown at the top of this page. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
